Here’s How it Works

    Discovery Call

    UNDERSTANDING YOUR PROJECT
    You will receive a link with instructions for scheduling a discovery call with me. We will take the time to walk through your goals and your vision. If you are in Stratford, Ontario or surrounding areas, we can have a face-to-face meeting if you'd prefer.

    Project Launch

    INITIAL DEPOSIT & CONTRACT
    Deposits are a non-refundable payment of $200 and are credited to your balance for the package of your choice. This is the first step in all my contracts, and it will secure time for your project in my calendar.

    Creative Direction

    FINALIZING YOUR MOODBOARD
    Based on the information shared in our call and your brand identity questionnaire results, we will collaborate on a mood board that reflects the look and feel of your brand. We'll use it as a guide for your logo, fonts, and colors.

    Logo Selection

    NARROWING DOWN TO YOUR VISION
    You will receive a presentation featuring 3 logo designs for you to choose from. From those designs we can narrow down what you are looking for and work towards your final logo within 2 revisions
  • 5

    Brand Expansion

    PUTTING THE LOGO TO USE
    Once the final logo is selected, a second payment will be made of 50% of the remaining balance. I'll then apply the logo to all the collateral and marketing materials that come with your package. All deliverables will have a maximum of 2 revisions.

    Project Completion

    SENDING OVER ALL FINAL ARTWORK
    At this point, all requested materials will be completed, along with your brand guide. After the final payment has been made, I will walk you through how to edit any editable deliverables and how best to implement the brand guide before the project is officially complete.
